Pre-Order FAQ

• Are your inspired items authentic?

Our inspired items are “look alike items”. We do not sell authentic brands as pictured. However, our items are “look alikes”. Our items are not the exact item presented in the photo.  

• Why do preorders take so long?

Due to the high order volume, we can not keep the preorder items on hand. We receive two shipments on month from our preorder warehouse. So, when your order is placed, we send a notification to our warehouse and they send it to us in the next order. Once we receive our shipments, it takes 2-3 business days to sort the items and get them packaged to ship to you.

• Filing PayPal/Bank Claims

If you file a claim with PayPal or your bank after your order is placed, you will no longer be able to shop at PPB! We make sure that you are aware of the pre-order shipping time frame. It states "4-6 weeks" at the top of the Pre-Order Collection HERE. There is also a "Mixed Cart" popup when a preorder item is added to your cart. After your order is placed, you will receive an email reminding you that preorders will not deliver for 4-6 weeks.

When you file a claim, our entire order processing department is delayed. So, please reach out to us anytime. I can assure you that we will clear up any questions or concerns regarding your order.
